At Anime Evolution, we employ a 90% lottery / 10% jury selection process.

Applications will be open for two weeks on Wednesday January 28th at 12:00pm PST and will close on Tuesday February 10th at 11:59pm PST.

  • Best number to reach you in case our coordinator needs to get a hold of you that email may be delayed.
  • IMPORTANT: If you want to share with somenone specific, please select Full Table option and let us know in Special Requests. Both half and full table comes with one pass.
  • This would be in case you have helpers. Each additional pass is $15 and can be purchased for up to 2.
  • We will do our best to fulfill any placement / power requests but it is not guaranteed.
  • Examples can be posters, pins, figures, clothing, etc.
  • We will not be accepting applications without them. Please provide a portfolio site or Google Drive (No Instagram).
